Jug Handle Inn – Site Planning, Surveying and Environmental

1018 Fork Landing Road at Route 73
Cinnaminson, New Jersey

The Jug Handle Inn is a South Jersey landmark and Stout & Caldwell was proud to be a part of the project to renovate the longstanding establishment. The scope included the development of conceptual and major site plans for the approximate 6,000 SF restaurant and bar as well as boundary and topographic surveys of the 1.98 acres of land. Key in the services provided were various environmental studies and assessments, including wetlands delineation and a NJDEP emergency permit for bank stabilization. Working hand-in-hand with various project partners, including B. Tait Builders, the firm assisted with permitting requirements and provided planning board testimony to see the project through to completion. READ MORE
