Stout & Caldwell was proudly part of the team engaged to develop the new corporate administrative headquarters for Lutheran Social Ministries, a not-for-profit organization that assists residents of New Jersey with affordable housing, assisted living, a food pantry program and other diverse services for those in need. The custom designed 16,000 SF facility serves to meet the operational needs of the growing organization. As part of its comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services, Stout & Caldwell performed conceptual and major site plan development, boundary and topography surveys, stormwater analysis and basin design, wetlands study, parking design, traffic engineering and landscape planning.
