Masonic Village - Site Plan Design, Surveying, Solar

Oxmead Road
Burlington, New Jersey

Stout & Caldwell is proud to once again work on a project for the Masonic Village at Burlington, a not-for-profit organization that has been committed to providing superior service to all who reside in our warm, friendly community since its inception in 1898. The project encompassed the development of a ground mounted solar panel system on 6.52 acres of vacant land adjacent to the Masonic Village at Burlington. Working with partner NJ Solar Power, Stout & Caldwell provided minor site plan design, boundary and topographic surveying, complete construction stakeout and wetlands permitting. The firm also took part in planning board testimony and approval. The now operational solar panels yield an estimated yearly production of 1,547,412 kilowatt hours, which is enough to power 145 average homes, according to NJ Solar Power. READ MORE
