Working in conjunction with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and other key partners, Stout & Caldwell provided comprehensive civil engineering, surveying and planning services for Puratos and its new state-of-the-art food ingredient manufacturing facility located in Pennsauken, NJ. Specific services included boundary and topographic surveys, traffic engineering, permitting and planning board testimony. Stout & Caldwell also performed auto-turn swept path analysis to ensure proper access checks, clearances and roundabout design for optimum loading and maneuvers.
