Stout & Caldwell was engaged by the project land developer to provide complete civil engineering, surveying and planning services for the reconstruction of an existing site into an extended stay hotel. Located just over the causeway on Long Beach Island in Ship Bottom, the building sits on 1.7 acres with 105 rooms and approximately 200 parking spaces. In addition to site plan surveying, engineering and standard permits, the firm handled special CAFRA permitting. This is one of three projects Stout & Caldwell is working on with the land developer currently and one which will foster even more tourism at the Jersey Shore. READ MORE
