Stout & Caldwell was proudly part of the team engaged in the initial development of Sahara Sam’s a Oasis, a freestanding indoor water park facility open to the general public. For the 10.8-acre family-friendly entertainment site, the firm’s project team provided site planning, surveying and environmental services. This included comprehensive site plan development, boundary and topography surveys, Phase I environmental assessment, storm water basin and soil conservation study. Stout & Caldwell worked closely with Sambe Construction, providing testimony to planning boards and both NJDOT and NJDEP permitting.
