Stout & Caldwell was once again proud to work on a project for Holman Automative. For the company’s Mazda BMW dealership in Egg Harbor Township, NJ and it facilities expansion, services provided conceptual and major site plans along with comprehensive surveying to include boundary, topographic and utilities surveys. Stout & Caldwell was also engaged to perform parking lot design, landscape planning and special permitting required for planning board testimony. Together with project partner, Weidman Zelig Architects, the firm saw the project through all phases for the project approval.
