On the adjacent 2.4 acre site to the Holman Toyota dealership in Mount Laurel, NJ, Stout & Caldwell was engaged to assist with the redevelopment of another former dealership. The new 10,000 square foot Holman Mini required conceptual and major site plans as well as a along with a full ALTA survey, which expands beyond a standard state-dictated boundary survey and requires the collection and documentation of data from a combination of records and fieldwork. This included full records research, fieldwork and plat/map development. The 5-person project team also provided parking lot design, landscape planning and lighting evaluation.
