Stout & Caldwell Engineers was proud to work with the U.S. Department of the Navy and P&S Construction on the development of a salt dome and bulk storage facility in Philadelphia, PA. The project scope included completion of a topographic survey of the site where the salt dome was to be constructed, showing existing contours, land size, elevation and other specifics. To complement this survey, the firm was engaged to develop a minor site plan with grading as well as fencing and minimal landscaping and lighting.
