When it came time to expand, HGMG Transload, LLC engaged Stout & Caldwell to provide comprehensive civil engineering, surveying and environmental services for the development of a new heavy industrial 125,585 square foot warehouse. The Lester Fellows Trucking Company also was adding a 30,000 addition in the rear of the 43-acre site located at 1800 Beverly Road in Burlington Township, NJ. Led by firm partner Robert R. Stout, PE, CME, LS, the six-person team created conceptual and major site plans as well as conducted a variety of surveys, including boundary, topography, ALTA, utilities and highway, for use in the permitting process. The scope also required a Phase I Environment plus wetlands delineation with LOI, storm water design and soil testing.
