Stout & Caldwell was engaged by Davis Enterprises to provide comprehensive civil engineering, environmental and surveying services for its new apartment community on Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel, NJ. Working closely with project partners, the firm provided conceptual and major site plans, a Phase I Environmental study, stormwater design, soil testing and flood zone classification. The Stout & Caldwell survey team performed a full array of surveys include boundary, topographic, utilities and highway. Project services also encompassed traffic engineering, parking lot design and landscape design and management as well as all required permitting and planning board testimony. The planned result will be a 144-apartment community targeting singles and young families with children with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, fitness room and both onsite and select garage parking.
