Teamwork is not new when it comes to development projects and the Bajwa Enterprises development of a new full-service transportation rest area and truck stop on Route 130 in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. Stout & Caldwell proudly worked side-by-side with the developer and a variety of companies to bring this project to completion. In addition to concept and major site planning, the team provided comprehensive surveying to include boundary, topographic, ALTA, highway and utilities surveys. The nature of the finished site also required traffic engineering, auto-turn analysis and parking lot design. Environmental services were also part of the project scope including a Phase 1 environmental, environmental impact statement, storm water management and soil testing/analysis. Together with the team of project partners, permitting and planning board materials were prepared and presented to finalize approvals. The result will be a 4,400 SF rest area building offering food, restrooms and changing facilities while the 66 parking 12’ w x 75’ d spaces can accommodate refrigeration units. In addition, the finished site will have a CAT scale company (certified) weight scale and six (6) fueling stations. READ MORE
