Stout & Caldwell was engaged by owners C.F. Investments to provide a complete range of civil engineering and surveying services for its Cherry Hill Dodge dealership. The major rehabilitation project included both facility enhancement and parking lot expansion. Working in conjunction with partners, Techni Systems, Inc. and Capehart & Scatchard, P.A., the firm’s project team completed conceptual and major site plans. In addition, comprehensive surveying services were performed, including boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys. As part of the parking lot expansion and overriding scope, Stout & Caldwell provided traffic engineering and parking lot design.
