Engaged by the property developer, Stout & Caldwell is on-board to provide comprehensive civil engineering and environmental services for the new residential community to be built on 38.0 acres of vacant land at the intersection of Coopertown Road and Rhawn Street in Delanco, NJ. Once completed, Crossings at Delanco Station will be a residential community of single family, townhomes and duplexes for a combined number of approximately 145 units. The firm’s multitude of services include conceptual and major site plans, boundary, topographic and utilities surveys; and AutoCAD services.
