Goodwill is a name synonymous with helping communities, so when the organization approached Stout & Caldwell to assist with a new proposed donation center in South Jersey, the firm was proud to take part. Specifically, the firm was engaged to provide site planning and surveying services, including boundry, topographic and utilities surveys as well as a comprehensive ALTA survey. Additional project components included, storm water management, parking lot design and landscape planning. The four person team provided all permitting documentation for the Planning & Zoning Board, Soil District and Camden County Engineers along with planning board testimony. Located in the heart of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, the newly proposed 3,000 SF donation center would be a valuable resource to the community as well as increase employment opportunities and re-use a currently vacant building site. Stout & Caldwell worked hand-in-hand with DJ Architecture, LLC on the project. READ MORE
