Old Dominion Freight Line contracted with Stout & Caldwell to provide complete site plan approval for their Pennsauken, NJ expansion, including use of a heavily wooded area. The full services spanned from initial conceptual design, environmental (Phase I), Boundary & Topographic Survey and Major Site planning with underground detention. It also included landscape design, retaining walls and site lighting. This expansion brought both employment opportunities and taxable income to the community and region as a whole.
