Following the guidelines of the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System, Stout & Caldwell Engineers provided comprehensive civil engineering, site design and planning services. LEED efforts included reduced construction pollution through soil erosion control, specific building location selection to reduce environmental impact, preferred parking for hybrid, fuel efficient and car pool vehicles plus bike rack facilities, quality and quantity control of stormwater runoff and minimization of light pollution.
