Stout & Caldwell was engaged by D.R. Horton to provide comprehensive civil engineering and environmental services for the Columbus Road residential subdivision in Burlington Township, NJ. The project will take 21.6 acres of previously vacant land and develop a site with 23 4-bedroom single family homes each with a 2-car garage plus additional parking. Working with partner, Kenny Environmental Services, Stout & Caldwell performed both Phase I and II Environmental, stormwater management and extension, wetlands delineation with LOI, soil testing and pesticide sampling.
