Working closely with owner, Nolyn Real Estate LLC of Westampton, NJ, Stout & Caldwell was engaged to provide complete civil engineering and surveying for a new Sonic Drive-In site for the national fast-food restaurant chain. This included conceptual and major site planning, boundary and topographic surveys, stormwater design, traffic engineering and parking design. In addition, the firm performed a Phase I Environmental and impact study as well as landscape design, permitting and planning board testimony. The 22,130 SF restaurant sits on 2.3 acres and is located on the heavily traveled Route 38, minutes from Crossroads Plaza and the Mt. Holly Bypass.
