Stout & Caldwell is proud to further promote the use of renewable energy and work with AC Power, LLC to build a new Community Solar project in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. Previously a vacant landfill, the 9.13 acre site now houses 5,778 solar panels that generate 2.196 MW of power. Working with partners GameChange Solar and Impact Environmental, Stout & Caldwell provided site plan design along with various surveys, including boundary and topographic, ALTA and utilities. The five-person project team also provided wetlands delineation with LOI, mitigation and design as well as permitting for use before the planning board for approval. Now in pre-construction, the result will be additional power to the grid. READ MORE
