Stout & Caldwell was engaged by Polar Service Centers, one of the largest network of parts and service facilities in North America dedicated to the tank trailer industry, to provide comprehensive civil engineering, surveying and planning services for its new location in Cherry Hill, NJ. Located on approximately three (3) acres, the existing 20,000 SF building was rehabilitated and a complemented with a new 4,500 SF addition. Specific services included complete conceptual and major site plans, boundary and topographic surveys, wetland delineation, stormwater design and site grading.
