NICO Enterprises - Redevelopment of New Car Wash

141 Black Horse Pike
Gloucester Township, New Jersey

In planning for the transformation of a former car wash into a new state-of-the-art facility, NICO Enterprises engaged Stout & Caldwell to provide comprehensive civil engineering, surveying and environmental services. The four-person project team led by firm partner Robert R. Stout, PE, CME, LS provided a demolition plan to start followed by both conceptual and major site plans. They also conducted various surveys to include boundary, topographic, ALTA and utilities to be used for permitting and planning board testimony. Also required was storm water management, parking lot design and landscape management. Now approved and in construction, the 1.36-acre site will be home to the new 4,000-square foot Sparkles Car Wash located at 141 Black Horse Pike in Gloucester Township, NJ, bringing more jobs and taxable income to the area. This is one of several car wash projects within the Stout & Caldwell profile mix and it was this experience that was key in NICO’s selection of the firm. READ MORE
