Stout & Caldwell was engaged by primary project civil engineer, Chirag Thakkar, to provide comprehensive site surveying for the new convenience store and retail site located at the corner of State Highway Route 73 and Sunbird Drive in Marlton, NJ. Initially proposed in March 2016, the approximate 7.0-acre site will be home to a Royal Farms convenience store and gas station plus a neighboring retail center with a combined 148 parking spaces. The firm was responsible for all survey needs, including boundary, topographic and State Highway Route 73 surveys.
