Roger Wilco Property Stabilization and Rehabilitation

1001 Route 73 South
Pennsauken, New Jersey

Roger Wilco is a landmark on Route 73 South in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Not only highly recognizable for its “ace” caricature and uniquely shaped exterior but also as a go to stop for those traveling from Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore. When the building stabilization was called into question and the owners came calling, Stout & Caldwell was proud to be a part in rehabilitating the site and extending the longevity of this well-known local business. The project scope was primarily focused on surveying. In addition to including the traditional boundary, topographic and utilities surveys, the team provided a comprehensive ALTA survey for the 1.25 acre site and full scale interior survey of the 15,000 square foot building. Other work included construction stakeout, AutoCAD services and parking lot design with striping. The seven (7) person project team, led by firm partners Robert R. Stout and Daniel J. Caldwell, worked alongside Blackman & Company and successfully kept Roger Wilco open for business throughout the redevelopment transformation. READ MORE
