Stout & Caldwell added to its work within the automotive industry when engaged to provide comprehensive civil engineering, surveying and planning services for Raceway KIA of Freehold. Working in conjunction with a number of key partners, including – Pattison Sign Group and Sonnenblick, Parker & Selvers, P.C., the firm created for conceptual and major plans. Boundary, topographic and utilities surveys were conducted of the 1.49 acre site as well as an Environmental Impact Statement, storm water design, soil testing and flood zone classification were undertaken. Rounding out the project needs, the team assisted with parking lot design, landscape planning, permitting and planning board testimony.
