When it came time to add a new additional and parking lot to its existing Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership in Turnersville, NJ, Holman Automative contracted Stout & Caldwell to provide complete surveying services to include boundary, topographic, ALTA, utilities and state highway surveys. In addition, the 16-acre site required an Environmental Impact Statement and Analysis as well as storm water design, soil testing, wetlands delineation with LOI and other environmental services. The project team also provided parking lot design, landscape management and various permitting to include NJDEP, Planning & Zoning Board, Soil District and Gloucester County Engineers.
