Stout & Caldwell was proud to work on the due diligence, site analysis and conceptual planning for a proposed commercial egg production and processing facility located in Southampton, Burlington County. The project scope which included a number of traditional services, such as both conceptual and major site plans along with boundary, topography, highway and utilities surveys, also had a number of unique requirements. Set within the New Jersey Pinelands Agricultural Production Area, the 210-acre parcel had extensive wetland areas which were delineated with LOI and surveyed. In addition, the property had a historic building built in 1783 that needed to be preserved as a condition of the NJ Pinelands approval and required a Historic Architectural survey. Stout & Caldwell provided extensive environmental work, including a Phase I & II Environmental, storm water design and management as well as soil testing, pesticide sampling and flood zone classification. Rounding out the services, the team completed an endangered/threatened species survey, habitat assessment and tree inventory. READ MORE
