As part of its planned redevelopment and modernization project, Alliance HSP/Temerity Alliance engage Stout & Caldwell to provide comprehensive civil engineering, surveying and environmental services for the three-building, 13.12-acre industrial site located in Pennsauken, NJ. Specific project components included conceptual and major site plans as well as boundary, topography and utilities surveys, construction stakeout and AutoCAD services. In addition, the following full range of environmental testing and analysis was required: Phase I & II Environmental, Environmental Impact Statement, storm water design, and groundwater/soil examination. Working hand-in-hand with longtime partner, Shropshire Traffic Engineer, the firm provided auto-turn analysis, traffic engineering and parking lot design. Additional partners included B.
