When Barlow Chevrolet was in need of a facelift after 40+ years in business, the well-known dealership in Delran, NJ contracted Stout & Caldwell to provide comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services for the facility revitalization. Specifically, the firm provided conceptual and major site plans plus boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys. The site also required stormwater design and management. A part of the project scope included parking lot expansion, in which the firm assisted with both traffic engineering and parking lot design.
