JLL, a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management, engaged Stout & Caldwell to provide comprehensive services in the development of a BJ’s gas station at it existing wholesale club in Maple Shade, NJ. Currently under construction, the site will be home to 12 fuel dispenser bays, a point-of-sale kiosk and three (3) fuel tanks ranging from 20,000-24,000 gallons each. The project scope required conceptual and major site plans along with a variety of surveys, including boundary, topographic, ALTA and utility Surveys. Permitting and planning board testimony is part of the engagement. Post-construction, the firm will also provide an as-built survey. In addition, the team redefined the storm water design and work in conjunction with a number of partners on traffic engineering, parking lot design and landscape planning. When complete, the project will bring new jobs to the area as well as another alternative to competitively-priced gas. READ MORE
