A classic site re-use project with the total raising of the old City Liquor Store to make way for a new 10,000 square feet mixed use Retail Center. Stout & Caldwell was initially hired to do a feasibility study and conceptual design layouts followed by the major site plan and survey work. Services included boundary and topographic surveys, stormwater control design, soil erosion and sediment control plans, parking, lighting and landscaping.
