Working in conjunction with a team of partners, Stout & Caldwell was engaged to provide surveying and environmental services for the expansion of The Merion, a two-story 70,000 SF event venue in Cinnaminson, NJ. The firm conducted an existing building evaluation and boundary and topography surveys as well as upgraded storm water design, permitting and planning board testimony for the 7.0-acre site.
