A subdivision plan was one part of the project scope Stout & Caldwell performed for the Traditions at Newtown’s Landing. The 55+ community residential community has 250 single homes and a recreational clubhouse. In addition to planning services, the firm provided AutoCAD design and flood zone classification. Led by partner Robert R. Stout, PE, CME, LS, the project team assisted with all permitting requirements and participated in planning board testimony.
