Fox Meadow Apartments has become a virtual landmark residential community in South Jersey. When asked to provide comprehensive civil engineering and environmental services for the approximately 15,000-unit development, Stout & Caldwell was proud with work with the team that included Tom Coleman, Esq. and JRP Architects. Specifically the firm conducted boundary, topographic, ALTA and utilities surveys as well as an endangered species survey. A key component of the project was to address local residents’ concerns regarding potential increase in stormwater runoff, noise and light pollution. Stout & Caldwell prepared an Environmental Impact Statement plus extensive stormwater, wetlands and soil testing analyses. The reports were used for permitting and planning board testimony. The now approved project will provide a new swimming pool, larger clubhouse with an outdoor pavilion, two new tennis courts, an artificial turf athletic field, new walking path and additional storage units to serve the nearly 4,000 residents.
